About the role:

We're looking for a Sales & Partnerships Operations Executive or Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys improving internal systems and processes. You’ll support our commercial team by streamlining operations, maintaining clean data, and helping us scale our sales and partner engagement capabilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting the operational infrastructure that underpins both our sales and partnerships functions.

What you'll be doing:

Sales & CRM operations

  • Manage and optimise our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and smooth pipeline tracking.
  • Assist with deal management—pricing, contract processes, and internal approvals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, sales reports, and forecasting tools.
  • Help onboard new sales team members with the right tools, playbooks, and process training.
  • Work with marketing, finance and legal to support workflows.

Partnerships support

  • Maintain partner documentation and records (e.g., agreements, onboarding status, capabilities).
  • Support the internal coordination of technical and go-to-market partner onboarding steps.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on partner performance metrics (e.g., referrals, integrations, pipeline influence).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner-related data is captured and visible.

Commercial enablement

  • Help design and refine commercial processes as we scale.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and ops to support internal tools, content, and campaigns.
  • Be the go-to person for organising commercial assets, playbooks, templates, and documentation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role—ideally in a startup or B2B payments environment selling to Enterprise businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and tools like Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales metrics and go-to-market KPIs.
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

It would be great to have:

  • Experience working in or around payments orchestration and fintech.
  • Exposure to partnership ecosystems or B2B integrations.

What we offer:

  • Remote working allowance
  • 33 days holiday including public holidays
  • Birthday off
  • Flexible and remote working.
  • Family healthcare
  • Life insurance
  • Employee assistance programme
  • A culture that champions rapid career growth and progression
  • Investment in your learning and development
  • Regular team events & socials
