About the role: Marketing Operations Executive (UK-based only)
The Marketing Operations Executive will co-ordinate and deliver a wide range of activities in support of the marketing team and the wider business. While this role will initially be the most junior within the marketing team, the right candidate will benefit from huge growth and learning opportunities, with plenty of scope for career progression as the team grows.
What you'll be doing:
CRM, marketing data & automation, campaign tracking and measurement.
- Manage HubSpot data, Google Analytics, automation workflows and reporting, to produce insight on pipeline growth, marketing campaign performance and to help shape our content strategy.
Social media channel management
- Manage BR-DGE’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) in support of our demand generation and content marketing programmes, ensuring that we engage with our audiences and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence.
Event co-ordination
- Help organise our event presence across both own hosted and industry shows, including event logistics, branded merchandise, pre- and post-event promotional activities.
Project management and campaign delivery
- Support the wider marketing team in ensuring marketing campaigns and team projects are well-planned and run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
This is a new role and one where attitude and aptitude are everything! We need a vibrant, determined, organised team player who can help keep the function running smoothly and be the link between the marketing team and other functions across the business.
The right candidate will ideally have 3+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B technology. More importantly, they will have a keen desire to learn and to build a career in marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in data management and marketing automation is preferred, and specific experience with HubSpot will be a big advantage.
