About the role: Partner Manager:
The Partnerships Manager will be instrumental in managing and growing BR-DGE’s existing portfolio of Payment Service Provider (PSP) relationships. This role focuses on driving mutual referral opportunities, enhancing collaboration with core integrated partners, and creating efficiencies to improve the partner experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about partnerships and payments, operationally strong, and confident in delivering strategic initiatives independently.
Location:
Remote or Hybrid; our office is based in central Edinburgh, just a 5-minute walk from Haymarket station, and whilst being local is an advantage it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Management (60%)
- Manage existing PSP relationships: Build trust and foster strong partnerships, driving mutual referral and co-marketing opportunities.
- Enhance partner collaboration: Proactively identify opportunities for deeper integration and collaboration with core partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they experience seamless communication and support.
2. Business Development (10%)
- Identify new partners: Research and evaluate potential partners that align with BR-DGE’s strategic goals.
- Develop a robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and business case for onboarding new partners, including ROI projections and potential market impact.
- Negotiate and secure new partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment.
3. Operational Excellence (20%)
- Design and implement processes to streamline partner management, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
- Create tools, templates, and workflows to improve the partner experience and internal alignment. track, measure, and report on partnership success metrics, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
4. Strategic Contribution (10%)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between partner activities and BR-DGE’s broader objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Represent BR-DGE at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management within the payments or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of PSPs and the broader payments ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute GTM strategies and build compelling business cases.
- Operationally strong, with a knack for creating processes and improving efficiency.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in measuring and optimizing partnership success.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
