Role:

BR-DGE is going through an exciting period of growth and to fuel this we are looking for an ambitious and highly creative Marketing Executive to curate and deliver compelling campaigns to support our growing sales function. As a crucial role in the commercial team, you will use your strong attention to detail and experience in marketing copywriting to drive initiatives that strengthen brand reach, SEO and increase inbound lead generation.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in day-to-day marketing activities including market analysis, trend monitoring, campaign curation and marketing channel management
  • Plan, create and launch insightful marketing campaigns to our segmented global target audience across our key verticals
  • Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion the BR-DGE brand internally and externally, curating compelling content across the website, campaign and wider media
  • Collaborate with the commercial function to copywrite gated content, collateral, topical industry pieces and customer-focused articles
  • Refine and enrich our growing database of key contacts
  • Connect with the product team to define marketing angles for new and existing product functionality
  • Monitor and report on marketing activity and performance, identifying areas for improvement and further innovation
  • Work extremely closely with the growing sales team to deliver supportive sales material and marketing nurtured leads

Person:

The type of person we’d love to meet:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, Communications Executive or related role with a relevant marketing degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Great interpersonal skills and someone who is a naturally collaborative team player
  • Confidence in copywriting with experience in writing for various audiences and across multiple channels, such as social media and website content
  • Strong analytical, time-management and organisational skills
  • Experience utilising design software, such as Canva and Adobe, and video editing tools is desirable
  • Experience of working in high growth or scaling technology business or related sector is desirable
  • A good human being!
