Role: Enterprise Sales Manager

BR-DGE is going through an exciting period of growth and to fuel this we are looking for an exceptional salesperson to take day to day responsibility for how the business approaches, targets, and executes B2B sales which is critical to business growth.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to create aligned outbound marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for generating and converting quality leads
  • Execute a metric driven sales strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Proactively leverage marketing activity to engage with prospects
  • Establishing key customer acquisition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Working in a constant feedback loop with our product team to provide voice of the customer insight.
  • Develop solution proposals
  • Acquiring and sharing data that enables us to make good decisions about the development of marketing and sales activity.
  • Investigating and exploring new marketing ideas and initiatives that can be tested.
  • Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors


The type of person we’d love to meet:

  • Strong background in sales delivery directly to Enterprise businesses across multiple verticals
  • Demonstrable background selling payment or FinTech solutions
  • Proven experience developing vertical based sales plans and campaigns aligned to market trends
  • A rounded understanding of how sales and marketing functions can interact to ensure maximum results.
  • The ability to think strategically and operate tactically - you will be confident managing a sales cycle, negotiating and closing a sale.
  • A good positive communicator both internally and externally.
  • Experienced in working with a wide spectrum of customers including C- level executives
