Role: Enterprise Sales Manager
Bridge is going through an exciting period of growth and to fuel this we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to take day to day responsibility for how the business approaches, targets and executes B2B sales which are critical to business growth.
Leading through participation in and execution of a metric driven sales strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition.
Managing a sales team to optimise the customer acquisition journey from lead generation to deal closure.
Offering structured management of the growing sales team to ensure consistent achievement to target and personal development for all.
Developing reporting activities that engage the team and align to overall business goals using both SaaS metrics and KPIs.
Working collaboratively with the marketing team to create aligned outbound B2B digital marketing campaigns to relevant target markets.
Working in a constant feedback loop with our product team to provide voice of the customer insight.
Acquiring and sharing data that enables us to make good decisions about the development of marketing and sales activity.
Investigating and exploring new marketing ideas and initiatives that can be tested.
Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors.
The type of person we’d love to meet:
Strong background in Enterprise sales directly to businesses within consumer markets.
A track record of replicating your own personal sales success in a team by building, training and scaling outbound B2B sales teams.
A good eye for metrics-driven management of own and sales teams performance.
Experience of working within a high growth or scaling technology business having implemented or adopted and improved a successful sales strategy.
Proven experience developing vertical based sales plans and campaigns aligned to market trends.
A rounded understanding of how sales and marketing functions can interact to ensure maximum results.
Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools
Good at getting the best out of external partner agencies.
The ability to think strategically and operate tactically.
A really good positive communicator both internally and externally.
Really well organised and able to track multiple workflows.
£60-70k basic salary; £120-140k OTE
