Role: Business Development Executive

Bridge is going through an exciting period of growth and to fuel this we are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to take day to day responsibility for how the business approaches, targets and executes B2B sales which are critical to business growth.

What you can expect to:

  • Work extremely closely with Jacob (Head of Sales) to define and execute the sales strategy across verticals

  • Play a pivotal role in day-to-day sales activities including target prospect research, e-mail, telephone and social outreach to generate new business meetings.

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing to drive the correct volume of sales activity and quality of leads.

  • Work effectively with Product and Technical departments to ensure customer led software improvements

  • Exceed your personal targets and manage your time effectively to hit key KPIs.


Requirements

The type of person we would love to meet has:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive or related role

  • A demonstrable understanding or history working within SaaS, FinTech, Payments or API driven technologies

  • Experience working and maintaining a CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

  • An ease and confidence in speaking to senior decision makers within Enterprise businesses

  • Passion for delivering world-class customer experience from initial contact to onboarded customer.

  • Proven track record of hitting growth related sales targets
