About the Role:
We’re looking for an IT Support specialist to join our team and ensure our people, tools, and spaces stay connected and productive. You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company, helping to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. You’ll work closely with People Ops and Engineering to support our growing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Day-to-day IT support - handling requests like password resets, account access issues, equipment troubleshooting, and general tech assistance.
- Employee lifecycle support - managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and decommissioning.
- Corporate software admin - managing users and access across our internal tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Password manager, etc).
- Procurement and provisioning - preparing and maintaining laptops, accessories, and other tools for team members across locations.
- Office tech management - supporting our Edinburgh HQ, including network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN), conference room AV setup and troubleshooting, and ISP coordination.
- Supporting compliance requirements
What we're looking for:
- Prior experience in an internal IT support or IT operations role
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace and other modern SaaS tools
- Familiar with office networking, basic AV setups, and endpoint device management (macOS and Windows)
- A proactive, helpful attitude — you enjoy solving problems and helping others stay productive
- A strong relationship builder who will challenge and collaborate
- Well organised and able to track multiple workflows
- A great team player and all-around good human being!
What would be great to have:
- Experience with security incident handling
- Experience with compliance adherence for PCI and SOC2 in an IT systems setting
What we offer:
- Salary up to £40k per annum (dependent on experience)
